大公文匯全媒體報道：今年2月底，受訪少年M曾就綽號「牛丸」少女結黨毒打13歲表弟阿J(化名)一事，向各大媒體尋求幫助，他希望存在已久的「欺凌」問題引起社會關注，但結果不盡人意。據他憶述，剛開始好多人關注，但不到一個禮拜，便開始沉底。

對於社會一而再、再而三的漠視，M選擇不再沉默，「以前我被欺凌時，學校唔畀我報警，話呢個只係同學之間打打鬧鬧。」他慨嘆「其實香港欺凌問題一直未解決，我唔想『牛丸欺凌事件』又沉咗落地。」

身為曾經的受害者，他鼓起勇氣接受我哋的訪問，大揭欺凌背後的真相，希望社會各界可以關注青少年暴力欺凌問題。「我唔想身邊再有人受傷，我唔想大家好似無事發生咁，我真係忍夠了，我選擇企出來!」

受到美化暴力的歪風影響，加上偏袒、不公的司法制度，不少施暴的青少年都以為，自己所犯的暴行，比起「前線義士」又算得乜嘢?充其量只不過係普通嘅「打打鬧鬧」，最多被拘留48小時，教訓下，連案底都唔會有。

At the end of February in Tuen Mun, M sought help from the community and media for the beating of his 13-year-old cousin J (pseudonym) by the "Ou Yuen" group. He hoped that the decade-long problem of "bullying" in Hong Kong would attract social attention, but the results were not satisfactory. According to his recollection, at first a lot of people paid attention to this incident, but after a week, the case began to sink.

"After I was bullied, the school stopped me from calling the police and downplayed it as rough-and-tumble play among classmates," M said. "The problem of bullying in Hong Kong has never been solved, and I hope that the 'Ou Yuen Bullying Incident' will not be ignored again."

Facing the indifference from the society over and over again, M, a victim of bullying, finally got the courage to accept our interview to unveil the cruel truth behind. He broke the silence in the hope of arousing public attention to the social issue of juvenile bullying.

"I'm done with people around me getting hurt, and I'm so sick about people's indifference to the violence. I've had enough, and I choose to speak out!"
